Sigenergy SigEnStor is a single floor-standing cabinet that includes solar inverter, battery (scalable 5-48kWh), and an integrated EV charger socket. For new installs, it minimises wall-mount clutter and centralises the entire energy system in one unit.

Sigenergy is one of the newest entrants to the UK home-energy market (launched 2023) and has rapidly gained traction with high-end new-build and self-build projects. The all-in-one cabinet design appeals to architects and house-builders who don't want wall-mounted boxes scattered around plant rooms or garages.
The 5-48kWh battery scalability matches almost any home — small bungalows to large detached, single-phase or three-phase. The integrated EV charger socket means one cabinet handles solar, storage and vehicle charging without separate units.
Price-wise, Sigenergy sits at the premium end — typically 15-25% above an equivalent capacity Fox-ESS + EV charger combination. Worth it for visual integration and single-warranty simplicity; less compelling on a pure cost-per-kWh basis.

10kWh combined system installed from £15,500. Larger 20-30kWh from £21,500.
Upgrade any package to the Fox ESS EP12 (11.52kWh) for £995.
All package prices assume every panel fits on a single roof elevation. The price covers the cost of scaffolding to one elevation. If your roof needs scaffolding on more than one elevation, or has restricted access, that additional cost is quoted separately after survey. Prices include VAT. Domestic solar and battery storage is zero-rated for VAT until 31 March 2027. Subject to a free technical survey. We will confirm the final price in writing before any work is booked.
